As someone raising a 10-month-old Jack Russell-Chihuahua puppy who can be picky with his treats, I can attest to just how much Bocce's Bakery hits the nail on the head. In fact, all of our top picks above are based not only on my puppy, Cash's, reaction to the treats, but my family's senior dog, Hootie, who is 13 and had no problem chewing through any of the bite-sized goodies.
That said, there were some treats that Cash wasn't fond of (though, Hootie happily chomped them down).
